Common Quality Problems

Common quality problems in general carpet installation include bulging, skirt wrinkles, and inconsistent color. The main reason is the uneven elasticity of the base during installation and the individual barbs in the wooden strips not being properly engaged. If bulging occurs when the carpet is unrolled, the carpet should be rolled up and laid flat. During installation, support should be evenly applied. After installation, the wooden strips should be installed immediately and pressed down with a flat shovel to ensure that all barbs can grip the carpet.
