Assembling Methods
Carpet splicing is a crucial process in roll carpet installation. Generally, it is important to keep the carpet splicing in the same direction as much as possible, at least within the same room, to avoid visual color differences caused by varying carpet pile directions. Avoid placing seams in high-traffic areas or direct lines of sight; for patterned carpets, strive to match the designs. Since this is a machine-made carpet, achieving perfect alignment across rolls can be challenging. If there is a deviation, the carpet can be manually adjusted, especially in large areas like hotel lobbies or banquet halls. Start laying the carpet from the center of the room outward, following the carpet's pattern and order. Lay the carpet on the cushion first, turning it to familiarize yourself with the design before cutting, splicing, and securing it. When ironing the seams, work from the center of the room towards both ends to minimize any discrepancies.
