Our proprietary loom provides the flexibility of 12 colors, producing carpets up to 15 feet wide with minimal wastage in terms of quantity jobs. Our high-speed founder view loom utilizes the latest technology in Axminster carpet weaving, allowing for carpets up to 4 meters wide in 16 colors. After weaving, our carpets are moved to the finishing line, where we use 3-head cherry machines to give them a luxurious velvet feel.
The complete carpet is then checked again for quality control. We lay them out on the measure and match floor to ensure that patterns align and measurements are accurate, preventing any installation issues with the finished carpet.
