Assembling Methods

Due to the machine-made nature of the carpet and the inherent variability of the fabric structure, achieving perfect alignment across rolls is impossible. If there is a deviation in the layout, the carpet can be manually adjusted, especially in large areas such as hotel lobbies or banquet halls. Start from the center of the room and work towards the sides, following the carpet pattern and order. First, lay the carpet on the underlay and turn it to assess the pattern before cutting, splicing, and securing the carpet. When ironing the seams, start from the center of the room towards both ends to minimize errors in alignment.
