Our high-speed founder view loom features the latest technology in Axminster carpet weaving, using up to 16 colors for carpets that are 4 meters wide. After weaving, our carpets are moved to the finishing line, where we use 3-head cherry machines to give them a luxurious velvet feel.

The complete carpet is checked again for quality control. We lay them out on the measuring and matching floor to ensure that patterns align and measurements are accurate, ensuring a seamless installation of the finished carpet.

Axminster carpet is composed of warp yarn, weft yarn, and pile warp. The material of the warp yarn is 100% polyester, while the weft yarn is typically jute or PP, with most now being PP, as jute can become moldy in humid conditions. The carpet material consists of 80% wool and 20% nylon.

Under relatively stable conditions of temperature and humidity, wool fiber has a nominal moisture regain of 15%. At a temperature of 22 degrees and a relative humidity of 65 to 70%, the moisture absorption rate per hundred catties of wool is 15%. Due to these superior physical properties, wool carpets exhibit excellent electrical conductivity and are less likely to generate static electricity during use. Additionally, wool's moisture absorption capabilities prevent dust particles from adhering easily, granting wool carpets excellent stain resistance.

The Best Flame Retardant Performance
Thanks to its moisture absorption and high ignition point, wool carpets are less likely to ignite under normal conditions and possess natural flame-retardant properties, making them difficult to ignite and self-extinguishing. Although a charcoal mark may be left after a fire, such as a cigarette butt falling on the carpet, it can be easily removed by rubbing the mark gently.
