Our high-speed founder view loom features the latest technology in Axminster carpet weaving, utilizing up to 16 colors for carpets that are 4 meters wide. After weaving, our carpets are moved to the finishing line, where we use three-head cherry machines to give them a luxurious velvet feel.

The complete carpet is thoroughly checked again for quality control. We lay them out on the measuring and matching floor to ensure that patterns align and measurements are accurate, preventing any issues during installation of the finished carpet.

Carpet Splicing

Carpet splicing is an important process in roll carpet installation. It is generally necessary to keep the carpet splicing in the same direction as much as possible, ideally within the same room, to avoid visual color differences caused by varying carpet pile directions. Positions with heavy foot traffic or direct sightlines should be avoided; for patterned carpets, efforts should be made to align the patterns. Due to the machine-made nature of the carpet and the inherent variability in fabric structure, achieving perfect alignment in the pitch of each roll is not feasible. If there is a deviation in the layout, the carpet can be manually adjusted, especially in large areas such as hotel lobbies or banquet halls. Start laying the carpet from the center of the room to both sides, following the pattern and order of the carpet rolls. First, lay the carpet on the cushion and turn it to assess the pattern before cutting, splicing, and ironing the seams from the center to the ends, which helps minimize embossing errors.
