Regardless of the type of carpet, daily maintenance is essential. Regularly using a vacuum cleaner can effectively remove dust from the surface of the carpet, keeping it bright and clean, and ensuring that the indoor air remains hygienic.

Wool carpets are made from animal fibers and must be kept dry, moisture-proof, mildew-proof, and mothproof. After a period of use, they should be exposed to sunlight. Use a duster or vacuum cleaner to clean them, and avoid hitting them too hard to prevent damaging the warp and weft of the carpet. Mothballs should be placed in storage.

Although synthetic fiber carpets are not susceptible to moths, stains should be removed promptly. Regardless of the type of stain, avoid using hot water; instead, wash with warm water and then dry in a cool place.
